In one word, my experience with Robinson Property could best be described as seamless. Every step of the rental application process was coherent and timely, with outstanding team members to help guide us through the process. From the friendly and knowledgeable agent who ran the open house, to the helpful and prompt support we received from their front desk enquiry team, all the way to the agent who stepped us through the lease signing process - everything went smoothly. Even after we signed the lease, the support and prompt communication continued. An example: we required some additional keys cut for the property and they were happy to oblige this request, even allowing us to get the keys cut ourselves and reimbursing the cost with zero fuss. We would recommend leasing with Robinson Property as they have provided us with an experience that instils confidence for continued support throughout the longevity of our tenure.

We always like to deal with a business that has a 'can do' attitude and that is exactly what you get with Robinsons. Jules was fabulous - efficient and honest.
