Our experience with the Robinson’s team was fantastic. They patiently helped us through our first time leasing a home, and within hours of the first inspection it was leased at the price we had hoped for. Highly recommend!
Robinson Property
I have used Robinson Property to manage my residential rental property for the past 5 years or so and they have been excellent on the three occasions during the tenancy period and when I have had to obtain a new tenant. The initial process to obtain new tenants has always been simple and straightforward from the time of marketing through open house and eventual tenant selection. Robinson Property are very professional in their ongoing management of the property and their tenant selection has always shown to be extremely thorough which is evidenced by the past tenants leaving the property in excellent condition at the end of the lease term. I would recommend Robinson Property to anyone that is looking for a quality hands on property management agency.

As a long term renter and having never leased through Robinson before, I was pleasantly surprised on how smooth the process was from start to finish. Nobody wants to have to move right before Christmas but Demi was great and I am now settled and enjoying my new rental.
