Very pleased with the way Robinsons managed the replacement tenancy, promptly finalising the previous tenant exit and arranging new tenant inspections, verifications, rental rate increase and lease finalisation. Karen Tannock and Demi McGinty the attending agent worked well on this. I was kept sufficiently informed.
