We were looking to relocate from interstate, which is a very stressful experience made more so by COVID and travel restrictions. We had a virtual inspection of a property (with the assistance of a friend) and found the agent and Erica the Rental property officer both very friendly and helpful. Although we were not successful on that occasion, Erica kept us in mind and let us know about another property coming up. Both she and the agent showing the property were very helpful in sending videos and answering all of my questions with patience and kindness. We have been very happy with the service we have received in our new home here in Newcastle.
