After carrying out an extensive renovation prior to putting my property on the rental market, I was aware that there was always going to be a number of finishing touches required to make the place right for the next tenants. Being based in Sydney, and then being placed into lockdown, it was difficult to attend to those last minute jobs. I was therefore very impressed by Julie Lobko and her team, who went out to look at the property and assessed the finishing touches required and organised/coordinated all of the trades - glaziers, plumbers, electricians, gardeners - and gave the property the attention it needed to truly get it up to standard. Julie was reliable, efficient and great communicator throughout and not only found great tenants but also project managed all of those little jobs to completion. I will not hesitate to put my next property in her very capable hands.
