Purchasing of our property
Phillip Saraceni from Saraceni Corp helped us with the purchase of a property in Osborne Park which we wanted to gut and then renovate. Phillip's knowledge of the market helped us purchase the right property to renovate in the area we were looking in. Phillip is professional, has excellent knowledge and is very honest. I would not hesitate in recommending Phillip to purchase a property through, or sell a property with. This is the second property Phillip has helped us with and when we have finished renovating we will be using him again to sell for us.

Highly Recommended
Phillip Saraceni from Saraceni Corp helped us with the sale of our first home in Osborne Park. Phillip was extremely professional from the moment we engaged him as our agent. He came and took photos and measurements of our home and then listed our home with excellent photos and a 3D floor plan so a potential buyer could see what furniture etc would fit. The 3D Floor plan was truly amazing. Phillip listed our home and with the first home open our home was sold in under 7 days! We can not thank Phillip enough for all of his hard work and effort that went into selling our home for us. I would highly recommend Phillip and will not hesitate to use him again.

Best service ever!
Shane and I bought our first house and we couldn't have had a better agent to deal with. Phillip was very patient with us, as we had lots of questions because we had no experience in real estate. Phillip was supportive, easy to talk too and still highly professional. Service was provided in every way, from quick responds, friendly and honest communication, absolutely reliable and he also surprised us with a lovely little something for our settlement day. It was a pleasure to deal with him and when we sell or buy something in future, Phillip is the agent we trust! Thank you very much, Phillip.

Phillip acted in a very professional manner and helped me get my property at a good price. A smooth transfer. Phil sorry late reply I still don't have home internet as the telephone line hasn't been used since 2008 and a long process getting it sorted. Otherwise loving the new place here.
