Excellent customer service, good communication skills and very high standard of care.

During this time, she was worked closely with us to ensure that a safe journey to sell the house. My wife and I had interactions weekly and at the times found her professional, courteous and friendly. Her communication skills, market knowledge, negotiation skills, was very high standard. She was extremely helpful, often going above and beyond what was required of her, she maintained a positive attitude and manner at all times. She has an excellent work ethic, is reliable and punctual. She is held in the highest regard by us, and we consider her to be a very valuable member of your team. We believe she would be an asset in any workplace.

Exceptional from start to finish

We cannot recommend Luke from Semple Property Group highly enough. From day one, Luke was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. He always kept us informed, was incredibly responsive and was there to help with anything we needed along the way. Our settlement process ended up being quite drawn out due to circumstances on our side, and Luke was exceptionally patient, understanding and helpful throughout it all. He went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful process so much easier. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Luke from beginning to end, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
