We were very pleased with the speed at which the property was sold - it only being on the market for 5 days before an offer was accepted. They also connected us with excellent conveyancers and stagers. However, we were disappointed with a couple of things over the process: - The commission we had verbally agreed to early on was not honoured by Realty One. - An offer by Realty One to virtually stage the empty rooms was not fulfilled.

Once we had decided to downsize and sell our house we had 3 valuations done ,Kim didn't promise us the world with over inflated value just to get the listing , he gave us an estimate $value but told us that the market will determine the actual sale price ,however he asked our dream price and he would work towards that , which in the slowing housing market he achieved a great result for us. Kim and his fantastic team are such a pleasure to deal with they made themself available any time of the day to take my calls and answer my questions , while selling your home can be a stressful time Kim worked through my concerns in a very caring and professional way.
