We were very pleased with the speed at which the property was sold - it only being on the market for 5 days before an offer was accepted. They also connected us with excellent conveyancers and stagers. However, we were disappointed with a couple of things over the process: - The commission we had verbally agreed to early on was not honoured by Realty One. - An offer by Realty One to virtually stage the empty rooms was not fulfilled.

They work a little differently to most. The seller is treated as part of the team selling your property. Always friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I say "team" because there are a group of people all actively contributing to the selling your property. Lovely people to work with. Highly recommended.
