We had an outstanding experience working with Alex. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, professional and proactive. Every question was answered promptly, and he kept us informed throughout the entire process. What impressed us most was how quickly Alex processed our application. The turnaround time was exceptionally fast, which made what can often be a stressful experience completely seamless and hassle-free. His efficiency, communication and commitment to achieving a great outcome were second to none. We would highly recommend Alex to both tenants looking for a smooth leasing experience and landlords seeking an agent who is responsive, organised and gets results.

Great Raven and SPACE. Thanks for your good work in securing new tenants quickly and very efficiently. On another note I am disturbed though by the costs having to be borne by the landlord when a tenant breaks a lease as per the RTA. This should be revisited by the RTA soon or rents will increase even more to bear these costs along with interest rate rises and the governments potential new tax laws.

Alex provided us a video of the property on request (as we are from Melbourne), then Lianna was lovely to deal with once our application was accepted. It was a seamless process.
