Prompt responder!
Upon moving into our property we noticed a lot of issues that were missed by the previous tenants. We reached out to the agents and for every issue they’ve been really responsive and proactive in resolving anything we’ve found so far ! We’re pretty hopeful (and feeling pretty optimistic) that this level of attention and care continues throughout the tenancy !

Excellent, personal service
We changed managing agents as we were dissatisfied with the level of care and service we were receiving to ensure our property was being kept in good order. And since changing to Space, the difference has been night and day. The team have been friendly, efficient, professional and responsive.
