I encountered some issues with my last tenants - not a Space property issue. Tim has been in communication with me regarding the matter and has been dealing with the situation. He has assisted well in trying to resolve the issue. As a landlord this can be very stressful when interstate. He liaised with the tenants, insurance company and maintenance/cleaners that were required. Thank you for your assistance Tim.
