We had applied for the property and set to view it and and they had called us to let us know our application had been successful before the viewing but still offered us the opportunity to view the property to see if it met our needs and send over the lease the day off. We’re very much grateful for the property owner to approved us to rent their space. However, we are not really happy how the agent assisted us. We wanted to clarify some things about the property but we felt like Nikita wasn’t accommodating at all. We tried to call her and how she speaks to us felt like she’s annoyed and only answered yes/no without any other explanation or helpful information. Everything else is good, the whole process was easy.
