Andrew is the most passionate man. He spent his whole weekend into the night securing our deal with the owner. Nothing was an issue with him and was always on hand to answer any concerns. Andrew always had open and clear communication. He even let our friends video the unit for us. I cannot recommend Andrew highly enough! I decided to sell my late husbands Brisbane property in late Jan/early Feb and I came across Andrew Tran from space property, and I am so glad I did. This is the first time I have ever sold a place so I was very nervous ( not to mention clueless, as I had no idea what I was doing) Andrew was not only professional in his work, but he was ( I felt) very trustworthy and honest right from the beginning, from his price target range he was confident to achieve ( which we did in this sale) and everything else throughout this whole process. Andrew was reassuring, he was able to answer any questions ( usually multiple) I had and he also answered emails/ text messages quite quickly. Also, he listened to me and my wants and he never once hurried me, or pastor me to sign up by a certain date with him, Especially during the time when I was taking my time to decide. Which really helped in my decision making. He would also give me frequent updates ( usually weekly, unless any changes) to keep me up to date with what was going on.
