Tessa and the team at Space Property Paddington were brilliant. Tessa has made the selling of our unit so easy, nothing has been too much trouble and she has gone above and beyond expectation. Alway prompt with communication either with a personal phone call, email or text we always were kept informed and updated - weekends, evening calls it didn't matter to Tessa she would always let us know the latest news on how our property open days went. To top it off Tessa is a lovely person and we could not recommend her highly enough if anyone is looking to sell a property in Brisbane.

Andrew took on our sale and had it marketed, open house arranged and sold within the week. He worked diligently all weekend to get us the best and fairest offer and we settled within four weeks. He advised us continually along the way, not least on how to present the apartment to look it's best for the photographs and viewings. We would recommend Andrew, with his skills and professionalism to anyone wanting the best outcome.

From the initial call i knew i was dealing with a team of professionals. They understood the local market, provided me with advice without being pushy, followed up with everything they said they would (when they said they would), And delivered a result beyond what i thought possible. If you want the same, call them and see for yourself. I couldnt recommend them any higher. Thank you Sam, Teresa and team

Selling an apartment in Brisbane while living in Sydney sounded like a logistical nightmare — especially with no car space, a half-million-dollar target, and a tight timeframe. I had no capacity to manage the process myself and just wanted it handled without drama. That’s exactly what Andrew Tran from Space Property delivered — and more. From day one, Andrew and his team were proactive, efficient, and highly professional. With serious buyers already on their radar, the apartment was sold quickly and at an excellent price that exceeded my expectations. What really stood out was how smoothly everything ran: clear communication, timely updates, expert guidance, and absolutely no stress on my end. If you're looking for an agent who takes ownership, brings great market knowledge, and makes the process effortless, I highly recommend Andrew and the Space Property team. I genuinely appreciated their service — it was exceptional from start to finish.
