This is the second property Andrew has sold for us, and we had another outstanding result. From our first conversation, Andrew has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. His market expertise in the M&A building and positive attitude made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Andrew and the Space Property team!

Andrew Tran was responsible for the sale of my new home/apartment. I reckon he helped me as much as he helped his client. Andrew’s characteristics, which shone during our time, were his calmness, professionalism, humour, and always-ready-to-help attitude. I likely spoke with Andrew more times than my mortgage broker or anyone else. I always felt like I could reach out to Andrew with any questions. He was always available or would respond as soon as he was, including after-hours messages (not that it was an expectation, but it was amazing to get such service). Andrew helped me negotiate my wants and needs with the previous owner. He also helped me with recommendations for a new conveyancer (as my initial one had no idea what she was doing) and with recommendations for a painter. Through Andrew’s support, I gained approval to have my home painted before settlement! He went above and beyond! Guess who I’ll be calling when I’m ready to buy my next property - yep, Andrew and the Space team. Thanks, Andrew for helping me to achieve my dream of buying my first home. Cheers!

Andrew was very transparent with a lot of aspects regarding the property and was always readily available whenever I needed assistance. Andrew remained extremely professional and quickly established a rapport with my advocates and me. I lived out of state, and Andrew was very flexible, allowing ample time for inspections of the property and answering any questions I had.
