There's a reason we returned to Sam when we decided it was time to sell our Penthouse in Spring Hill that we bought with him 3 years earlier. Sam, Tessa and his team were a pleasure to deal with as a buyer AND they achieved the highest price for the unit in the complex at that time. Fast forward 3 years and we felt that they were the right agent to trust with our renovated unit, knowing that we would have to achieve the highest price again, with no comparable sales. Sams team is great. The whole team worked closely together, both rentals and sales to achieve us the best result they could as a whole. (We were on the fence if we could rent it then we would hold it, if not we would sell, but the rental would have to be at a super premium price level and the market wasn't right for that). So we partially staged it and took it to Auction & again achieved the highest price in the building for the seond time with Sams team. It was below what we wanted as the seller but at the end of the day its what the market wants to pay at the time. We happily sold. You can confidently deal with Sam & Tessa and the team.
