Sam is one half of the Space property Spring Hill dynamic duo- aka Sam and Zac. These guys have excellent local knowledge and networks. They are definitely the go to for selling property in the inner city. We really appreciated Sam’s advice and efforts and in the end Space achieved a sale we were very happy with - good price and super quick sale. Andrew was undoubtedly the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Not only did he get the job done perfectly, he went over and beyond to make everything much easier and less stressful for me. In the weeks leading up to settlement, I had to obtain a large amount of property information from Andrew and the seller. This means I had to call and email Andrew multiple times, sometimes throughout the same day. Andrew always sent me the information I needed quickly, was very responsive to all communication, and kept me updated every single step of the way so I felt assured things were moving. Andrew also willingly helped me negotiate a lower price with the seller even though it might mean a lower commission for himself. He was very au fait with the market in the area, and was altogether a very reliable and professional agent. The best thing about Andrew was that he did all of the above with the most positive and cheerful attitude, no matter how much extra work he had to do because of what I required. He was always smiling and upbeat, and never showed any sign of complaint. I cannot recommend Andrew enough, he has been an absolute treasure. Truly appreciated his work, and making this property purchase process much smoother.
