Space have looked after my rental property for over 5 years. they are extremely professional, get the work done, answer queries promptly. I have full trust in their services. The team are friendly and professional and have always communicated with me and attended to any tasks. I was so satisfied with their service that I gave them a second property to manage. They do not have a huge turnover of staff and Lynn the manager has been with Space for many years. I like that I have continuity with the company.

I don’t have the words to convey my appreciation for the help and assistance I’ve received from Space Property and in particular Mitch McClure. My property was in need of a lot of work, and right from the start Mitch went above and beyond, from driving out to collect keys, to arranging and coordinating multiple quotes and works, multiple viewings of the property and thoroughly vetting tenants, not to mention renting the property at a rate I was previously told was unrealistic. I’ve had several agents on the past, and none have come close to the level of service, professionalism and friendliness of Mitch. If you’re an owner who does not enjoy the administrative aspects of owning property, do yourself a favour and appoint Space.
