Very professional
Tessa was always responsive to enquiries and requests. Very polite well spoken and would recommend dealing with Tessa weather selling or buying. Following settlement Tessa went out of her way to get a mailing address to send a welcoming gift would deal with her again.

Pleasant experience, willing to listen. no pressure, Great to work with.
Andrew was conservative in his initial price appraisal but did not stop him from trying to achieve our higher goal. Multiple offers were received after 2 open inspections and a contract was signed 10 days after the first open inspection. He was still positive when this contract was terminated after 8 days and he was back to open inspection 2 days later. A new contract at an even high price was signed within 2 weeks. We were overseas the whole time and Andrew has kept us well informed constantly. He is a great bridge between vendor and seller in resolving small issues which we believe he could communicate faster and in a softer tone than between the legal teams on both sides. He is now selling another property for us
