Ohmygosh I am so happy. I had been stressing for weeks already applying for places. But then I went for a couple of inspections with Space Property Paddington; and straight away I noticed a difference. The young lady showing the place was very friendly and very approachable. She wasn’t in a rush and was happy to answer questions. An application was promptly sent, I applied. And within a week I had a reply. We have just secured our property application with Lynette who I found knowledgeable, prompt and clear in her replies/instructions. She took on our applications as the agent for the house was away and we are very satisfied with the turnaround for our application and the conversations we had with her. At the open house on Saturday 10th, the agent was approachable and kind as well. We are happy to be with SPACE Paddington.

I have used Space Property at Paddington to manage my leased apartment for about 10 years. They have always been open and honest and have done a great job. My most recent tennant moved out early. Space kept me fully informed of what was happening and quickly found me a new tenant and carry out the appropriate due diligence. They even got me an increased rental rate.
