After an awful experience with my previous property managers, I contacted Space Paddington. Jasmine's service can only be described as outstanding. She provided excellent advice on current market conditions and managed my break lease situation perfectly. She achieved a rental figure of $100 a week more then what my previous property manager had advised me to advertise at just days earlier under the exact same set of circumstances. This was achieved after the first home open. A brilliant result.

The team at space were brilliant ! So my circumstance was a little different from most , I have been OS post Covid , Qld rentals were " on fire " , and I'm trying to get an address , I own two houses but both on long term leases . I put in 100s of applications , but no one would even talk to me , because I wasn't in the State , I was happy to pay and sign , not an issue . Fortunately I found my chance the team at Space , who added me on " Whattsapp " worked it though , accepted my application , took it to the owner and DONE , minimum of drama , and took the time to send me a video of the apartment. Having been on the other side of the fence , I appreciate the difficulty , and I was do happy with the systems etc . The other issue with other agents , they want you to apply on an app ( fair enough ) but then the app , is completely inflexible ,eg ; PPR as place of past residence , OS rental references etc , not everything fits into a box like that . Interestingly , after the floods , I was offered 6 other properties " out of the blue " suprise . So , I highly recommend the team at Space and to the Officer in effective control in the office there , you have a great crew , much appreciated . Regards David

Would love to offer five stars for the communications and friendly service - which they’ve provided so far - however the issues pertaining to the previous tenants’ (students), having left the property in such subpar condition cannot be ignored. For a property costing $650 a week to rent, we were shocked and disappointed to see our new rental on arrival in such condition despite querying this and the property manager stating it had been cleaned ‘to a professional standard’. If the property indeed had been cleaned to a professional bond clean, we would not have found mildew on the doors and windows, bird excrement on the sills; dust, drink marks, scuffs and dirt on the walls, doors and skirting boards; cockroach droppings infested throughout the drawers and cupboards, and an overgrown lawn with weeds. Underneath the house? Razors, bottle tops, and numerous other bits of rubbish have also been found and discarded by us. A month in, we are spending our spare time still cleaning and attending to these deficits mentioned. We raised these issues numerous times with the property manager but nothing was done. We have never encountered such a dismal standard of exit clean, and we remain disheartened and affected.

Space managed the break lease and tenancy change of the property in a seamless and efficient manner. The managing agent is enthusiastic and enabled the process to occur smoothly. Property maintenance including engagement of contractors and completion / inspection of works also managed closely. A very good experience with Space.
