Our experience with Sam Mayes and his team … a very professional outfit, we were always informed, Sam provided expert advice, and marketed our property in such a way as to achieve our anticipated market price within a short time frame. Very happy with the agent and the outcome.

Our experience with Sam was professional with honest advice. Our property sold quickly during Covid lockdowns. Our tenants were treated with respect and were obliging with open houses etc all due to Sam’s great people skills. This sale as the least stressful experience I have ever had. We achieved a good price and everyone was happy. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was extremely impressed with the level of detail, knowledge and attention I received in my recent property purchase. Sam and the team came on the journey with me from the beginning through to post settlement. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have known of Sam Mayes and Space property for some time so when I was ready to market my properties I called on Sam and his team. I can not give them enough praise for the help they gave us in getting our properties ready and presented in first class condition to get a quick sale, the first Property sold in less than a week, and Sam has indicated he will have the second property uncontract this week that is a great result. Taylor was able to organise all the trade people to tidy up the properties.

Sam and Andrew made the process of purchasing our unit quite easy. Prompt communication between us, the seller and the agent allowed for a very smooth transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Space Property, and would definitely use them again for any future prospects.

Sam was professional, everything runs smoothly and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to sell in the area.
