Trevor Holmes is a very pleasant and knowledgeable agent. He gave us the best advice on selling a vacant villa, to have a professional stylist add furniture to make it look like a home. The price we got exceeded our expectations for the small amount we spent to style the villa. We did learn it is important to talk to him before making any major decisions. He did not over exaggerate what he thought my property was worth. In fact he probably under promised and over delivered.
