We highly recommend that you use Trevor to sell your property. We had an investment property in Penrith and with interest rates going up it was costing us $ to have the tenants live in it, so we decided to sell. As you do we had a few agents come out to talk to us so we could compare. We don’t live close to the property so to arrange tradespeople to do work was going to be a hassle. Although other Agents said they had a list of contacts, Trevor’s responses and feedback were the most informative, positive and reliable of them all. As it turned out all the tradespeople were first class and we experienced no delays with them at all. From signing up to having the property renovated and on the market happened within 3 weeks. All the tradies that needed to come back were very reasonable, approachable and prompt. Having Trevor do all this middle man organising took so much stress off us. Don’t get me wrong, you still need to check and accept quotes yourself. There were a couple of specific needs we wanted to meet and Trevor remained acutely aware of these through the whole process. There were very few times where we needed to call Trevor. If he said he’d call us he did, which was so encouraging. So if you are selling , by all means contact other Agents, but make sure Trevor Holmes is on your list.
