Starting with being on time for inspection, Nigel communicated detailed process in clear and precise manner, received all the information in written and in time. To top it all, I am impressed how honestly Nigel showed up telling me everything that's worth knowing before making 0.25% payment. Case in point, termite infestation that was cleared earlier. Pest inspection report was no different and made me feel Ive made the right decision. Yes, agents do represent vendors, however, honesty goes a long way. Trevor was amazing. We built a relationship with Trevor over many years and asked him to come and give us regular market updates. We never ever felt pressured to put our house on the market, Trevor came with updated information and was so patient with us. We were always provided honest advise and Trevor was open with where the market was at the time. When it came time to sell, we did not need to look anywhere else for an agent, we called Trevor to say we are ready and around he came and the process to sell started. Trevor was great in getting the house to point of sell with advice and also providing us with a great stylist, who supported us also in prepping the house for open home. My personal favourite moment was Trevor's video of our home where he captured our family life and presented our home so beautifully. On the day of open house, Trevor supported us and kept us calm and communicated with us every throughout the day.
