I spent little time with Adam but it was obvious he had a very thorough understanding of the area and prices. Most of my time was spent with Lyn who was extremly efficient with her communication and product knowledge and nothing was to much trouble.

A rare gem in Real Estate
We used Walton Property to sell our home in Kurmond. From the first meeting, Cathy was professional, enthusiastic and honest. She was upfront about what she believed she could achieve, instead of misleading to land the listing (only to drop the price later). It was only once we decided to sign with Walton property that we realised the truth. Cathy and the whole team at Walton are an rarity in Real Estate. A rare gem. An agency whom puts the interests of the Vendor, and well as the Purchaser, at the top of their priorities. An ability to keep both parties happy, being truly honest and all whilst securing the best possible price. Anyone can sell real estate for cheap, or tell you want you want to hear. We sold our house after 2 opens, for the exact price we wanted. (Which was a high price reach for the area). With clear communication and professionalism throughout the whole campaign, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Cathy, Emily or the Walton team for all your real estate needs. We will sell with them again next time.

Moving on...
Adam had sold us our house a couple of years ago so it was really easy to sell it through Star Partners. Loved the blue door - made it stand out heaps. They have a lot of contacts and almost sold the house before it even went on the market! Really stood by us as we went through the experience.

Fantastic experience
Adam and Lyn where fantastic in every way. From the start of our experience to the end we felt in good hands. Lyn helped with multiple viewings and answering the small but important questions and made Dee and myself feel comfortable throughout the stressful period of buying our first home. We both definitely felt the love and the rain when it came time to slap the sold sign on and the kids were stoked. Thank you again for all your help.

Gaby went above and beyond for us!
For Stuart and I this was the purchase of our first home together. With neither of us having bought a property before it was quite nerve racking and there were lots of things we weren’t aware of throughout the process. Gaby not only helped us navigate these new steps and processes, she assisted us in finding and seeking additional services where needed. Gaby was very helpful in every step of the sale, even including after settlement helping where needed. Gaby went above and beyond every step of the way and we would highly recommend her. Thanks to Gaby we had an amazing transition and settlement into our first home.
