Best in the biz!
Adam and Gaby made this process easy and stress free. My house was only on the market for a little over a week and I believe this is testament to their knowledge and expertise. They kept me well informed initially with levels of interest and then throughout the sale period once an offer had been accepted. A huge thankyou for their efforts as they totally exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend to anyone within the area!

Sale of Kurrajong property
From our introduction meeting through to the very fast sale of our home, Cathy showed an excellent knowledge of the local market. Cathy and her team acted very professional and the communication to- and from herself or her team members was excellent. She and her team were available 24/7 and the sales strategies applied by her were very effective. 1st Home purchase
Adam, and particularly his Leieutenant Gaby are wonderful to deal with. This was my first home purchase, at 24 years of age, I was very new to the processes and had a couple of hiccups, Gaby smoothed over the bumps and kept working through this between the Vendor and me, she was totally awesome and nothing was too much trouble, they provided a little pack for me after settlement, wine and chocies but importantly what night the rubbish is collected, all the little things you need to know, my purchase would have fallen through without Gaby's help, I can't praise her enough!

If you actually want to sell your home sooner rather than later then call Adam and Gabrielle
We chose Adam and Gabby to market and sell our property as they were organised , enthusiastic and determined to get the result we wanted. Did I mention organised? Adam came to our first meeting with reading material on recent sales and he had researched our property as it had investor potential. A winning tactic that helped us to identify which agent we would choose. After all you are paying a good price to agents when you engage them to deal with your most valuable possession. You really want them to demonstrate their local knowledge, along with some smarts to get you the best price. You seriously cant find a more excited sales team than Adam and Gabby. Their energy and enthusiasm helped us to chill on those open home days and when the offers started coming in. They wanted us to work with them on waiting just a few more days longer to get the higher offer - after all thats the ultimate aim to get the best price possible and the right buyer. If only there was a rating system for determination on this review site. Adam and Gabby were determined to get the best price possible and we are really happy with our selling price. Adam and Gabby are really down to earth and made selling up alot of fun. Who said selling a house had to be stressful or sad. Winners are grinners - especially here.
