Great Communication and Attention to Detail
Cathy and her team at Walton’s are what all Real Estate agencies should aspire to be. Cathy is a straight shooter, is spot on with advice, and makes herself available to talk about rentals and sales at all hours. I know. I’ve seen the times at which she responds to text or email. I had my property rented with Walton’s as managers for three years and never had an issue which they didn’t solve promptly. Communication is key and they are exemplary in that regard. I then sold my property through Walton’s and achieved a very good price in the middle of a Covid outbreak. Again communication and attention to detail was exemplary. A big shout out to Emily Walton as well. Very astute, personable and knowledgeable. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Thank you for all your support and professionalism. I cannot recommend Cathy and Walton’s Property more highly for anyone looking to buy, sell or property manage. Thank You.

Adam, Lyn and Amy at Starr real Estate all worked above and beyond to ensure the sale of my property. Excellent result
This is the second property Adam and his team have sold for me, I trusted him again with my sale as I was so happy with my first dealing with him and he certainly didn’t disappoint me with my second sale! During all the COVID-19 fiasco the house was listed 4 days with three inspections and sold within the week. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Huge thank you to Adam and Gabby for a great result

Adam and Gabby were excellent
My fiancé and I recently bought our first property through Gabby and Adam. They were both so helpful through out the process, even through the challenges of Covid-19. They still managed to get us to the finish line. They were lovely to talk to and didn’t mind whatever the time (even on weekends). Highly recommended.

if you want a result go with Adam and listen to his market appraisal and you will sell
i have sold many properties before but i still made a mistake to go with an out of area agent which i could not sell and she spent more time on me to get the price down than the buyers , if you are thinking to sell i strongly recommend star partners team at Windsor as Adam and his team got the job done very quickly
