Generally Summit property managers have been very helpful and forthcoming with information and are very quick to reply to communication. However we are a disappointed with the quality of the inspections being conducted. Simple things are not being checked and being left unattended causing more damage and maintenance than would have been required if picked up earlier.

Jacqui (Rentals) has been outstanding and is an absolute credit to Summit. I have had my property managed by Summit for many years and Jacqui has been a breath of fresh air; nothing is too much to ask, she will do anything to help/assist/advise and she takes great pride in her work. Her customer service is commendable and I could not recommend Jacqui (and therefore Summit) highly enough.
