Summit Realty South West has managed my investment property from the date of purchase in 2012. Throughout this period, I have not lost any sleep over the management of my property, even when significant issues have surfaced that require immediate attention (repairs). I have been particularly impressed with the demonstrated level of commitment my Property Manager (past and present) has shown to both me and my respective Tenants. The latter has been particularly important as the downturn in the ‘FIFO Tenant Market’ has resulted in Tenants being able to pick and choose their tenancies, and the last thing I wanted was dissatisfied Tenants and an untenanted property! In short, I have trusted my Property Managers at Summit South West to provide me with high level expertise and to look after my interests as if if they were their own. At no stage have they betrayed my trust and they have exceeded my expectations, and for that I am extremely pleased and grateful.
