The majority of our communications have been Jessica Signorini or Jess Harnett. Both of these young ladies have excellent customer service and communication skills. We are promptly contacted, or responded to. Invoices/accounts are received promptly and clearly identify income and expenditure. We are kept apprised at all times of our tenants, maintenance being undertaken, reports etc etc. At any time when we ask questions they are knowledgeable about what is going on in the market.

Since having our current rental property with Summit, it has been such a nice change from our previous rental with a different agency. Yolanda is such a nice, organised and friendly property manager who always sends us our paperwork on time/early, and is very approachable. Summit as a whole is very well maintained as a business with a great system of relaying with tenants about their upcoming inspections etc. I would definitely look at getting our next rental with Summit based on this experience!
