I had been working away and my niece had stayed in the unit for about 6 days and had left it unclean, I had ensured that the unit was clean the previous week as I had incorrectly entered the inspection date. The condition of the ground floor coverings is marked has ripples and holes in it and does not take a shine, this was mentioned as a fault. The upper floor carpets are likewise stained and marked, being so as when I moved in. The unit passed inspection, I am satisfied that due to the condition the unit was left in by my niece, I could not expect a better score all previous have been excellent.
