Tim displayed a lack of ethics and professionalism. My ex-wife and I signed up Tim to sell the family home. Both ex-wife and I were owners and parties to the contract. Tim would email me keeping information from me that he'd emailed my ex-wife just 3 minutes earlier. After I complained Tim's agency began copying us both on emails. However, this lasted only until the O&A was signed. It was a cash offer so commission was secured. From then on they communicated only with ex-wife. Repairs were made to the home that I did not approve nor was I even notified of. All the costs just deducted from settlement funds. I was not even advised of when pre-settlement was!! I have sold and bought a number of properties and never encountered such lack of ethics. I intend to pursue a complaint through formal avenue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
