We have purchased two blocks of land in Lakewood Shores Estate Binningup, through Ruth (Summit Realty), one in 2014 and the other in 2016. We had high specification homes built on these blocks, which my wife and I used as our primary residence; we had Ruth sell both of these homes, one in 2017 and the other 2020. Ruth has proved that she is the specialist agent in Binningup, as from her initial evaluations of the properties, to the actual sales she has been on the money every time. Ruth never made promises that she could not keep, and would pre-screen potential buyers prior to requesting a viewing, not wasting anyone’s time. Ruth would give regular feedback on a weekly basis, and would keep us up to date on how the market was performing. Our last property which she sold in 2020 was in the high end $ bracket. From the time it was first listed to the day it was sold was 30 Days, at the price we had initially agreed too, which is incredible.
