"Amy was able to sell my property in a quiet market. She conducted many open for inspections over many months, and at some inspections, had few to no buyers come through. But she kept at it, never complained about the market conditions, and just kept reminding me not to worry... the right buyer will come along. The right buyer did come along, a cash buyer who, as it turned out, didn't inspect the property before purchase. Go figure! Thanks, Amy for your help with selling my property." to an investor who paid cash for the property.

We had four agents do an appraisal on our property. What impressed us with Tammi was that whilst she was very skilful and competent, her kind and considerate manner in dealing with a fragile and elderly home owner, was outstanding. Throughout the sales process, Tammi made herself available for our numerous enquiries which were always speedily answered. We were kept up to date with interest shown and any comments made during open homes. Tammi prepared and explained 2 Market Reports during the sales process which were very helpful. Her bright and bubbly personality is very endearing. We couldn't recommend Tammi highly enough!
