Murray listened and understood exactly what we wanted. We certainly weren’t easy buyers. He showedp us multiple properties over the course of a few months and whilst other agents were frustrated by us Murray was very patient. We ended up purchasing one of the first he showed us and instead of being annoyed by that he was understanding that we needed to see what else was out there to appreciate the original property. The bottom fell out of the market just as the property was listed, due to interest rate rises. This was not foreseen and adjustment had to be made. There were many open house days, the advertising was excellent. My daughter had dealings with Brett through sales for other entities and this was one of the reason that The Edge was selected by us for the sale of the property. Brett discussed all aspects of the sale and we were comfortable in his presence. All interactions with any of the staff from The Edge were friendly and welcoming.
