Very happy with the service mark provided I'd previously had my property listed with 2 other agencies for over 13 months... I switched over to mark and he had it sold / exchanged within 2 months..and 4k higher than the asking price.. I've since had another property listed and sold with them in under 6 weeks.. No messing around, he gets it sold!
