We were selling our investment property which was vacant. We live an hour away so Scott stepped in to keep an eye on it and organise tradespeople when required. Our property was on the market for a bit longer than we hoped. However with an adjustment on price and different marketing strategies from Scott we were successful. Highly recommend Scott and The Property Hub Beenleigh.

We originally purchased our property through Linda and was so impressed with her level of professionalism that when the time came to sell she was our first point contact. Linda guided us through the whole process and her level of commitment to getting a result that we needed was second to none, even in a tough market. She was always optimistic and kept our spirits high during the process but wasn’t afraid to ask questions during the process to assure we got a result we were happy with. We highly recommend Linda’s service and her knowledge on prepping the house for market was a god send. From first point of contact until after settlement she has kept regular contact with us and had us updated through the entire sale process. If you are looking for an agent who’s goal is getting the best result for you and is committed to making that happen, you will not find a better person suited to the job than Linda.

Scott was always going to be our 1st choice of Agent. Leading up to our decision to sell, Scott was very informative about the market conditions and competition in the area, which helped us get the sale price right and sell quickly. In fact we sold the house twice from only two viewings. After finance fell through on the first contract the very next client made an offer. His client base of buyers was substantial and thus he found the right buyer quickly. I would recommend Scott and the Team at the Property Hub to anyone looking for a professional and supportive team.

Scott was absolutely on the ball from day one! I had to sell my grandmother's house on her behalf which was extremely overwhelming, but Scott was there every single step of the way. He arranged to meet me when I was packing up the house and his professionalism, knowledge, experience and straight up friendly nature put me at ease immediately. Living over 2 hours away, I was worried that I'd have to travel backwards and forwards to deal with the sale, but throughout the whole process, Scott was touching base by phone and keeping me up to date on everything going on and showed genuine care when discussing all aspects of the neighbourhood, the finances, the advertising and ultimately the sale - which was brought forward! I have worked in Real Estate before and can honestly say that I have never come across a better agent.. Scott is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend him highly enough.. absolutely blew me away! :)

Linda was recommended to me by word of mouth. To me, this is the best reference you can get and after our initial meeting, there was no one else I would have gone with. Linda was very friendly and at the same time very professional throughout the sale of my house, gave me contact numbers for cleaners, handyman and conveyancing agents, all of which I utilised and thus saving me time and effort. I would highly recommend you have a chat with Linda even if you are just in the thought process of selling.

Scott kept us Informed throughout the sales process, he gave us excellent advice with regards to presenting our home for sale, and when it came to an offer to purchase he advised the prospective purchaser on price and didn't waste either of our time on haggling. An excellent agent

As a longtime resident himself,Scott has exceptional knowledge of Windaroo and surrounding suburbs. He is very professional in his approach and is readily available at all times to make the purchase process seamless for the buyer. Scott has become my agent of choice for this area and I would not consider using another agent when selling my next property. Absolutely brilliant!

Linda has been the best with the inherited property we had. She has managed to sell it by straight talking & no sales pitch which in my book goes a lot further than tall tales.

We have bought and sold through Linda and the Property Hub numerous times now and like always, the service, attention to detail and industry / market knowledge was exceedingly competent and professional. Linda achieved the best result for both us as the sellers and our buyers.
