Positive Family Home Sale Experience
Linda is a professional and experienced agent who extends herself so that both flexibility and results are met. Although we had many long weekends and other unexpected disruptions throughout the sale of our family home, her consistency in communications were appreciated throughout the process until settlement. We are happy with our outcome.

Friendly and approachable - thank you!
Linda was always more than happy to answer any of our questions and made the sale of our first home as stress free as possible. We actually bought the house off Linda a few years ago, and we remembered her professionalism back then so it really wasn't a question as to who we wanted to sell our home.

This is the second time we have had to sell a home in the Windaroo area. We were so pleased with the service we received from Linda the first time around, so we went straight to her for selling this time. Firstly, Linda is beyond professional and has years of experience in the industry, as well as the area. She is extremely easy to deal with and very understanding of giving suitable notice when arranging a viewing. Being a mother herself, she understands the challenges in getting your home to a ‘display home’ standard with children in the house. Therefore, I was always appreciative of her advance notice giving me time to make the home sparkle. Linda keeps you well informed throughout the process and is very friendly to deal with. Excellent salesperson.
Scott has many years experience in the local area and went above and beyond any other real estate agent we have dealt with. He is very personable and easy to talk to. He keeps you up to date with all open homes etc. Great communicator. Would definately reccomend Scott to any person or family that decide to sell their property.

Easy going and 110% helpful
This was mine and my partners first time enquiring and purchasing a house to call our own. We encountered many agents who were pushy and really did not listen to what we were looking for in a property. From the beginning, communication with Scott was great and he was really helpful with our initial enquires about a few things around the house. He was always happy to answer any further questions that came about and always responded promptly. We are glad that Scott was there to guide us through the process and that we weren't dealing with another agent who just wanted a sale out of us. Would 110% recommend, Thanks Scott!

Scott came through with the goods in a very difficult sale
Despite many hurdles involving some difficult neighbors, scott was able to negotiate a deal where both buyer and seller where happy in a time where the housing market was looking very slow. Thanks Scott, we are very happy to get the sale through.
