We had a great experience with Linda and her team! Whilst purchasing our first home, we had lots of questions and worries. Linda was always very approachable and easy to get in contact with, answered all our questions and put our minds at ease. Pleasure to deal with and highly recommend 😊

I found Linda McCabe to be an excellent agent with regard to the sale of our property in Mt Warren Park. Linda had a great knowledge and understanding of the area and it was easy to list the house and leave the marketing to her as she introduced potential buyers through just one open home and generated an offer from this. She negotiated well on our behalf and and was always open honest and reliable with any appointments and phone calls, she made her self available but had a calm professional demeanour that took the stress out of the property sale. I would recommend Linda whole heartedly to anyone considering selling or buying a property in the area

We were very keen to find the right home that ticked all the boxes. We met Scott at an open home. I only had to tell him once what we were looking for. Scott showed us only one home and it was perfect. With his very friendly and very professional approach we proceeded through our Purchase with Scott always available to answer any questions. Scotts after Sales service and feedback was above and beyond. We are happy to say we had a great experience buying our new home and found a friend and a neighbour in Scott Elms. Unlike so may others.. Scott Listened...

It feels like I've lost a good friend now that we have finally sold our unit. Linda was always finding more ways to get our property out there. I highly recommend her to sell anyones property. Linda is always bubbly and positive to deal with and will get the best deal possible.

After 9 months of being given the runaround by other agents Scott came to us as a breath of fresh air. Finally, someone who was a joy to work with and who went out of his way to secure the best possible deal for us with the least possible hassle. Here was an agent that actually did what he said he was going to do and wasn't going to muck us around. The price he ended up getting for us was pretty much what we'd hoped for, at a time when other agents were expecting us to be 'reasonable' and settle for a price some $25,000 less. We knew we had a valuable asset in the property we were trying to sell. All it took was an agent who turned out to be a valuable asset as well.
