We found Linda to be a very professional agent that kept us well informed so nothing was a suprise. Linda was also very conscious of our needs and the problems from others that could have effected us was never a problem for Linda to address and source the information we needed. Would highly recommend Linda to anyone wanting to list their house in Windaroo or surrounding areas. Very happy customers Lana and Neil Lockett.

We purchased a property that Scott was the agent for. He was friendly and easy to deal with. Scott helped us to organise a few extra things with the sellers (like early entry into the property before the settlement date) which made a massive difference and got us off to a fantastic start in a house we love.

Living overseas it is always difficult to acquire a selling agent who will be totally focused on selling your property. In my view Linda not only achieved this but exceeded expectations. Linda sold my house in 3 weeks for 50,000.00 dollars more than I was told I could expect, from 2 other local agents. I think that speaks for itself. If you are looking to sell in Windaroo I would highly recommend Linda Well done Linda

We have been fortunate to deal with Linda as both Buyer and Seller more than once. In every instance her professionalism has only been topped by her positivity and commitment to the satisfaction of those she works with. Linda has outstanding knowledge of the property market and the local area and has gone above and beyond for us. We cannot recommend Linda McCabe and the team at the Property Hub highly enough.

Thanks Linda for going the extra mile and helping us to get the property we loved. You shared in the excitement with us, you attended to all our concerns, and you made yourself available to us throughout. You even welcomed us into our new home. Your love and enthusiasm for the area has contributed to making you the wonderful agent that you are. We look forward to seeing you in Windaroo. Many thanks Graham and Margaret Hansen.

We brought our first home through Linda about 8 years ago she was the only agent who went out of her way then to make sure we got what we were looking for and you could not have asked for a nicer or more helpful knowledgable person then her. So when it came time for our family to move on and sell our home Linda was the only person we trusted to get it sold. She helped us every step of the way. She kept us informed of what was happening, she help organise things for us to improve the sale of our house. She always had our plans and needs in mind at every meeting and open house. Linda is a sales agent who goes over and beyond for her clients. We could not recommend her more highly.

I found Linda both knowledgeable and helpful in selling my mother's property. She displayed sensitivity and care to me and my family at our difficult time of selling my mother's home during my mother's terminal illness and subsequent bereavement. Linda was professional but approachable, and I would not hesitate to recommend her. Thanks Linda and the team at 'The Hub'.

Linda was very helpful and understanding when it came to selling my deceased mother's home. I felt Linda was very approachable and I could ask any questions when I didn't understand anything. Myself & my 4 brothers are very happy with the whole process and how Linda handle it all.
