A huge thank you to Scott Elms, for making the stress of selling a home so much smoother. Scott was recommended to me by family and he was very efficient, realistic and professional during the sale and he never gave up. Nothing was too hard for him to look into or answer and in the end it was a great result overall. If I am ever in the market for a real estate agent again, I will be looking for Scott. Well done Property Hub, with Scott in your team you will do fantastically.

Scott was great to deal with as our agent for our recently sold home. Right from the outset, Scott was great in communicating to the potential buyers and negotiating to get the sale across the line. I have referred Scott to our friends that have their house now on the market with Scott and would highly recommend to anyone. Well done Scott and Thank You!

Scott was an absolute pleasure to deal with and having his extensive knowledge of the Windaroo market certainly gave us confidence in purchasing in the area. Scott keep us informed all the way through the process and assisted to ensure settlement went smoothly. I would highly recommend Scott to any individual looking to purchase property particularly in the Windaroo area given he has been a long time resident of the area.

Scott had a great knowledge of the area which help in the selling of the property. Found Scott to use a lot of professionalism as he knew the reasoning of selling the property of what was the family home of 40years. Thanking you so much for your time on this sensitive matter. I highly recommend Scott and will do so if ever I hear of people wanting to buy or sell in your area. Kind Regards, Carol Black (Daughter /Carer of Sonny) 041 7604129

Scott was exceptional, he was constantly working between us and the vendors to secure an agreement. We found him to be sincere and honest in all dealings. If he said he would get information , he did so , and communicated it to us as soon as possible. We cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. Thank you Scott. Andrew and Tracey Stevens.

Scott was honest, ethical and very good from the initial inspection, communication and the negotiation stages of all facets of the sale. We know the vendors were happy to obtain the sale and now that we are living here on the golf course with a million dollar view we feel like we are living in a resort every day. Thanks for everything Scotty. Cheers Steve and Jayne.
