Engaging Joy to sell our property and working with Joy during the process was a truly pleasant experience. Joy works around the clock, always gave me prompt response. Joy is very thoughtful and always accommodate my schedules while I work full time. With solid market knowledge around the area backing her, coupled with her warm and strong communication skills, Joy has achieved a good sale result for us. Your great effort to make this happening is highly appreciated. Well done Joy!

Fiona is one the best and experienced realestate agents in my market. Before I decided to go with her for the sale of my villa, I spoke to 5 other top agents in my market. However, when I spoke to Fiona, I immediately decided to go with her. I was highly impressed with her market knowledge and vision that really stood out. She was an instant hit!! Fiona and her assistant Wenting were very professional and kept us informed about the market feedback during the entire campaign period. Though our property was to go to an auction but Fiona was able to achieve our desired results in a pre auction offer. We were very impressed and happy with the outcome, specially when we found that she got us the best results in comparison to similar sales. We highly recommend Fiona and her team in Tracey Yap. Thank you very much for your efforts!

We were looking to sell our house quickly and interviewed 3 different agents in the local area. After detailed proposals from each agent we chose Joy Hsieh from Tracy Yap Realty due to the extensive database of buyers and no nonsense approach to the sales process. Within a week Joy had our 1st open home after arranging, styling and managing all trades to prepare our house. She contacted her database and had 5 groups through on a rainy Saturday. We felt very relaxed with Joy's process and she kept us completely up to date during the campaign. After just 3 weeks on the market Joy sold our house for a price we were very happy with and above our expectations. Joy is an efficient and dedicated agent and delivered on every committment she gave us. I would highly recommend her for sales in the Carlingford/Epping regions.
