When Daisy met with us for the first time she was so friendly and professional. She was able to look at the house and give us an ideal of what need to be done to get the house ready for the market. Daisy also gave us a guideline to accomplish what needed to be done so that we could have the house ready to sell by early February, prime selling time. With most of us leading busy lives, thankfully Daisy did a great job in all aspects of the transaction and she was able to be present for all the inspection appointments. She made sure everything was done exactly the way it should have been done. In addition, she stayed on top of communication with all the parties that were involved and she was honest and ethical. Tracy has been the most helpful and professional agents I know. She has been very resourceful and helpful even before we signed the agency agreement.
