He earned my trust as the sales representative when we bought the rental property. He gave me good advice and above and beyond help with rental issues. Later, he gave my parents and I a "no obligation" review of our other properties. At a time when he was traveling overseas, Karl gave considered advice on the upkeep, price points, and saleability of our properties. Having said that, I believe Karl made a great personal decision merging Elite with Twomey Schriber. My Property manager is Natalie Stalin, Natalie is knowledgeable and professional. Gives good considered advice to challenges with my property and is responsive and timely. We have been with T&S for 6 years and on the whole we are very satisfied. We are really happy with our current property manager, who has managed to resolve maintenance problems which have been outstanding for over a year . She is friendly, professional and on the ball. She deals with any issues immediately and communicates with us well. She understands that tenants are also clients and are also entitled to a good level of customer service. This is something that has been missing from our relationships with previous property managers.
