There had been a significant but sad set of circumstances surrounding an existing tenant in one of my rental properties. Natalie was able to deal efficiently and effectively with the situation through liaison with family leading to relocation of the tenant to a much more supportive environment. Natalie was then able to quickly attend to outstanding maintenance issues and locate a suitable new tenant. The whole event was dealt with professionally and provided for a great outcome for all involved.

In relation to all the different real estate agents we dealt with in our search for a new home, Twomey Schriber was the only one who had their homes displayed as they were advertised, the staff were friendly, great customer service and the processes were painless. Some of the other big-name brands certainly fell short on what they advertised (the homes were not anything like advertised), poor customer service, rude, and treated us like second class citizens. What they don’t realise is that we will be in the market for our own home in a few years and they certainly won’t be getting my business. I know who I will be going to first. Thanks again to Natalie and her staff for your prompt service to the maintenance issues raised by us. It great to see the old fashion customer service has not died in Cairns.

We moved our investment properties over from another agency through Nicole from Twomey Schriber Property Group 2 years ago. Our Property Manager since has exceeded our expectations. Routines are done on time; we continually get rental market updates and our tenants give great feedback that they are being well looked after. Each Christmas they even help arrange gifts for each of our tenants to be delivered. They are customer service focused and have always gone above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend.

Twomey Schriber took over management of the property I was renting in 2020 and they were very considerate and supportive during the start of the pandemic. They look after the owner as well as the tenant and I really appreciate how they are quick to act on my concerns. They are very professional and easy to deal with at the same time.
