How incredibly pleasant it is too find an agency , that from start to finish , have been nothing short of excellent. From being greeted politely & happily at inspection..( which a few other agencies should take note of) … to processing my application within a matter of hours .. entire process was communicated to me via email.. incredibly quick, incredibly professional & courteous.. cannot fault the service at all . Since we first approached Twomey Schriber in Cairns, my partner and I have both been so impressed with the communication and effort to help us out in what has been a nightmare of a rental market here in Cairns, particularly with a pet. Carol and the rest of the team were always available for a call and regularly kept us updated with progress and options during our search. Getting us into a property wasn't where the efforts stopped. Being seasoned renters (we move a LOT!!!) we have become quite familiar with agencies being your best friend while looking for your rent money, but then disappearing as soon as they have you in a property. This couldn't be further from the truth of our experience with Carol. Every single time we email her or call, we receive a reply within a day (often straight away!) and all maintenance requests have had a job created in less than 24 hrs. This has been such a lovely experience that we are sad to have to move away from Cairns and roll the dice with a new agency elsewhere. I seriously can't express how genuinely happy I have been with the service we have been provided from the whole team at Twomey Schriber. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking to rent in Cairns
