Maintenance response is slow. It’s past the 3rd inspection and nothing has been done even though this particular issue was raised almost 9 months ago. We would greatly appreciate if your staff to remove shoes or bring shoe covers when doing inspection at properties. TSPG receptionists provide the best service ever. Very professional and friendly.👍

Carol is our Property Agent for many years. The way she takes care of the property is very reassuring for us . The regular 3 monthly reports are detailed with photos, so we know about the state of the property. She is very responsible, has a good relationship with the tenants, as with us too, we always can reach her if anything has to be arranged . We are very happy to have Her as our property agent.

Being a home owner all my life, I had decided to try the rental scene. A lot had changed in my personal life over the last 12 months and, fortunately, the stars aligned for me. I didn't want the burden of rates, bills and maintenance..... this place has afforded me a lovely place to call home with a very competitive rate. When I came to inspect this unit, there was a line-up waiting. On entering the unit I was immediately impressed with what I saw, that of a recently renovated unit. My initial reaction was of delight. I was eventually deemed the successful tenant for this unit and I was able to move in almost immediately. My dealings with Carol have been great, easy to work with and, the girls in the office are great. There are some teething issues which we are working through but, I am happy to say, I am here for the long term.
