As an owner who resides in Sydney, not Cairns I was concerned about getting the property ready for sale, being so far away and not knowing any local trades. I had considered the additional expense of flying to Cairns to try and organise everything but you stepped in and said you could project manage the job for me. From that moment you have been amazing and nothing was an issue for you, You arranged quotes, trades, inspections etc and provided advice on how to present the property for sale without having to spend too much.
