Mathew explained all the procedures about selling our property. He was very helpful even we were in overseas while our property was on sale. Our property went under contract within 2 weeks and that was a very positive result to us. I must say Mathew has very unique talent and such a great strategies to sell the property. Buy or Sell, think of Mathew Fillip. Must trusted guy in Cairns and its regional community.

I recently purchased a house with Matt’s help and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is honest, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. Matt always returns call’s promptly and follows through with what he promises to do. I have had some poor experiences with agents in the past and Matt has renewed my trust in agents!

Tim is by far the most outstanding, professional real-estate agent I have ever engaged. His knowledge of the market and area is exceptional. Tim was available during the process, including after hours phone calls. He was honest, he did what he said he would do, and he did it when he said he would do it. The outcome exceeded my expectations and was completed within 48 hours of the first viewing. Tim's experience and professionalism made the selling process easy. I am very grateful.

I first encountered Pauline at a public viewing of a property. She answered my questions in a professional manner. When Pauline saw I was interested in the property, she provided me with an expression of interest form. This was my first time looking to buy a property, and so I was rather nervous and unsure of the process. Pauline explained the process and said to contact her any time I had questions. To my delight, I made the winning offer. Pauline guided me through finding a conveyancing solicitor, organising building inspections etc. Pauline went above and beyond with the service she provided, and was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions. I feel incredibly lucky to have had such a professional, knowledgeable, and helpful real estate agent guide me through my property buying journey. I would highly recommend Pauline Humphries.

Tim went through the sales process in a very structured manner & explained each step clearly so that i knew what was going on & what to expect. His idea of a video chat to kick the process off is a good thing, promoting trust & a connection. Tim made himself available to discuss the job at any time (including evenings/weekend) & let me no when to expect contact. He has good planning skills. Tim speaks clearly, in a friendly manner. Thanks for a job well done for me Tim. I'm sure you'll make many clients happy with your work in the future :)

He worked around my busy schedule to view properties and was always contactable. As this is my first home Matthew provided a knowledge of information that made purchasing a home an enjoyable and easy experience. I would highly recommend him.
