I believe buying a property is one of the most important thing that can happen in one’s life, and you really want to know what is going on during the process. Tim is the best communicator. He was very responsive the whole time since we met him in one of his open inspection. After we put our first offer, he kept us updated when he planned to presente the offer and when he expected he would let us know (all without us asking him). We were really impressed. Even though our offer didn’t get accepted for the first property. Time kept in touch with us and showed us the second one. We were not sure after the first inspection and asked for the second one. Tim was very patient and arranged the second inspection for us immediately. And that’s the property we got! Tim always presents himself very professionally and speaks in a great manner. If he misses our calls, he always calls us back very soon. We are extremely happy he is our real estate agent. He provides a very pleasant property purchasing journey and 100% for sure we will go with him again if we are buying/selling properties. As we were searching for a property in Cairns for investment (initially) and residency (long term), we looked at several options, without really knowing what would actually suit.
